At City Nest Kids, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unworn and unused.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Be free from stains, perfume, damage, or alterations.
• Be reported within 4 hours of delivery for orders delivered within Lagos.
• Be reported within 2 days of delivery for orders delivered outside Lagos.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Socks
• Hair accessories
• Underwear
• Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only if:

• You received the wrong item.
• Your item arrived damaged.
• An incorrect size was sent by us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by City Nest Kids.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately you received the delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
