Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unworn and unused.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Be free from stains, perfume, damage, or alterations.
• Be reported within 4 hours of delivery for orders delivered within Lagos.
• Be reported within 2 days of delivery for orders delivered outside Lagos.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

• Hair accessories
• Underwear
• Sale or clearance items

We currently offer exchanges only if:

• You received the wrong item.
• Your item arrived damaged.
• An incorrect size was sent by us.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by City Nest Kids.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
